Love this pan. Nothing sticks! Cleaning involves a paper towel wipe and that's it! I am careful to use only medium heat and wipe clean as soon as it cools off.

I just used this pan last night and washed it this morning with no sticking or scrubbing. Washed with a soft sponge, dried and put back in the cabinet in less than 5 minutes!

It's super non-stick, looks very chic, is quite unique, the color is lovely and it is lightweight. The handle is metal so you can also place it in the oven. It heats up very quickly. Nothing I cook, no matter how hot the pan is, sticks. Which is a great bonus for cleaning because they clean so easily. It doesn't scratch easily but then again I'm being extra careful not to use the pan with sharp objects. The desccription says you can put it in the dishwasher but since it cleans so easily, I never felt the need. Absolutely wonderful.

With our son at college he has been asking for a pan (larger than his mini one). I know he doesn't scrub dishes well so I wanted something that I hoped was easy to clean. It is working perfectly and my son loves this new pan. It cooks very well even over college apartment stove burners and about wipes clean. It is a hit!

Okay folks it works great. I have not had any problems with food sticking. Risotto brown rice is cooking fine. I think this is a good fry pan for the value.

I've had my pan for a week and have used it daily. I 'seasoned' it prior to use, and when cooking with it I never use high heat and I always have food in it before turning on the stove top. It heats really well and evenly even at a lower temperature. I don't use metal utensils in it. Clean up is super easy!

I got this pan for gravies, especially breakfast sausage gravy. It is an awesome pan! Cooks hotter than my 5 and 7 ply clad SS pans. We make perfect omelets in it too! Plenty of room for crepes! I live this pan! Great addition for one who loves to cook & is picky about pans.

So a little residue is left when I tried cooking hamburgers in the pan, but a quick swipe of a paper towel and the pan was a good as new. As for cooking results, I have tried scrambled eggs, cheesy potatoes and other dishes that would be tough even on my other non-stick pans. This works so well I have decided to buy more of these copper pans. I would highly recommend to others.

Browns the food very nicely with no sticking, be sure to pre-treat with oil in the oven first. The pan doesn't require nonstick spray or buttering, and, in fact, tells you not to. I haven't. My family really likes these pans. I tested with cheddar cheese directly on the pan and was very happy. I put a note on my calendar to re-pre-treat it in 6 months. I bought a couple more. I hope this isn't just a fad, as I would like to use this style of pan for life.

I recently came across this pan when I was searching for a nonstick pan. Something my teenagers can use as well without the mess of oil and butter when they want to make themselves breakfast or lunch. I have a 15 year old that lives to cook. And so far we both enjoy having this pan in our kitchen. Nothing sticks. I mean we've tried scrambled eggs, chicken, some pork chops and veggies and so far no complaints. It's been a week and we've used it daily. It's been easy to wash. And as my 13 year old says "finally no brillo pad needed". We are satisfied in our home with our new copper pan.

This was my first time using this pan for cooking. I rendered the bacon in the pan and it cooked beautifully. I then made a couple eggs over easy and for the first time in my life, I was able to flip the eggs without breaking the yolks. Score!!! Later that night, I braised cabbage and bacon together (I have a bacon addiction problem) and it cooked the cabbage down and browned the bacon well without sticking to the pan surface. Dinner was delicious!! The best part though was how easy peasy it was to clean this copper pan! Love love LOVE!

So far so good. Things just slide out. It is really nice to not have anything stick to the pan. It is very easy to clean up. Just have to keep telling my kids no metal utensils allowed.

Pan works as advertised and that's what I wanted. Please season the pan prior to use, it's an important step to get it to do what it is supposed to do.
