After military service I have two bad knees. I started with just one of these then eventually got another. They help me get through walks and work outs or just busy days house cleaning. Without them my knees would be easily irritated, swell, and keep me up at night. I can honestly say they a big help, the support wraps work great for my injury and the pressure helps with/and prevents swelling.

With a tear in my knee that isn't bad enough to warrant surgery, this is a big deal. I refuse to give up my exercise routine for something that isn't going to go away even if I do, so I needed to find something that allowed me to continue. This is a great brace. It's long. This helps it to stay up as the motion of the knee doesn't make it shift as much. It also has a cross strap that helps it stay up. I had it on 8 hours today and forgot it was even there. It's very comfortable. It helped that achey pain.
